Licking Heights North 5th Grade School Supply List 2018-2019
Meet the teacher/supply drop off will be 8/14 from 1-3pm. First day of school is 8/15.
General Supplies (required by all students)
_ colored pencils
_ thin markers
_ pencils (at least 36, replenish as needed, especially in second semester)
_ Boys - Quart ziplock bags (30 count or more)
_ Girls - Sandwich ziplock bags (30 count or more)
_ pencil pouch with holes to go in a 3 ring binder
_ loose leaf notebook paper (2 packs)
_ scissors
_ tissues (2 large boxes)
_ antibacterial wipes
_ 2 bottles of glue
_ headphones/earbuds
_ 1 cotton white T-shirt to tie-dye at school and large enough to wear throughout the year.
_ 3 ring/Trapper style binder or accordion file to hold items while traveling to each class & home.
Additional Supplies (for specific subjects)

For Music class, all students will need:
_A recorder (MIE175W)
*Students received one recorder in 4th grade. New recorders will be available to purchase for $3. | School supply sales usually begin around the Fourth of July, so keep your eyes open and look for those deals! Please have all supplies with your child for his/her first day of school. | For Art class, all students will need:
_Spiral or Binded Sketchbook with 25+ BLANK pages (no lines) no larger the 9x12”, can be smaller 5.5 x 8.5”

*Don’t forget to complete your summer reading assignment! Extra copies can be found on the school and district websites. We can’t wait to meet you. Have fun, read, and have a wonderful summer break!
**Fifth Grade Camp will take place in 3 sessions during the weeks of Nov. 26 & Dec. 3. More information will be available after the school year begins.
