Hello! My name is Shawn Walker and I teach science at Licking Heights High School. I'm originally from Athens, Ohio but have lived in the greater Dayton and Cincinnati areas prior to moving to central Ohio and joining the awesome Hornet team. I am a graduate of Ohio University with a B.S.Ed. in Integrated Science Education as well as Margrove College with a Masters in the Art of Teaching, MAT. As much as I love science, I do other things outside of school as well. My wife and I are foster parents for large breed dogs(Mastiffs) that need forever homes. My other hobbies include cars, playing guitar, going to concerts, watching science documentaries, hiking, and spending time with my amazing wife Taryn and our dogs Bruce and Darwin.
