Licking Heights to Host Community Culture Fair May 10
In celebration of the cultural diversity across the district, Licking Heights Local Schools will host their annual Community Culture Fair on Saturday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Licking Heights Middle School, 4000 Mink St., Pataskala, OH 43062.

This event is free and open to all students, families and interested community members living in the district and will feature a wide variety of nonprofit organizations, vendors and community partners of the district, along with family-friendly activities and performances.

Activities include:
—Photo booth
—Face painting
—Henna art
—Sidewalk chalk
—Inflatable slides and bounce house
—Art projects
—Food trucks (food available for purchase)
—Performances from students

Back by popular demand, the Culture Fair will also feature the Columbus Crossing Borders Project, a traveling art exhibit featuring 34 pieces of art inspired by the experiences of refugees. According to the exhibit’s website, “The Columbus Crossing Borders Project is an art exhibit and documentary film created to inspire critical thinking, compassion and support for the millions of people who have been forced to flee their homes due to war, climate, violence and persecution.”
