Attendance
—Students who are habitually truant or have chronic tardiness, equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the school year, will not be permitted to walk in the graduation ceremony. This is the equivalent of 72 hours. If students reach 72 hours of absences, they will be placed on a contract.
—Tardies play a factor in meeting course attendance requirements.

Student Fees
—All outstanding fees are due immediately. Payments can be made by clicking here or with check or cash at the high school.
—Students who owe fees will not be permitted to participate in the graduation ceremony and will not receive their diploma. This includes any textbooks that have not been turned in.
—The fee payment deadline is May 15, 2025.
—A fee statement will be mailed to your home by mid-October.
—Contact Melissa Robey at [email protected] with any fee questions.

Graduation Requirements
—Earn specified 21 credits
—Show competency on Algebra I and English Language Arts II end-of-course assessments
—Earn two diploma seals
—Earn 20 hours of community service. All community service must be logged in the Schoolinks platform. Only ten hours can be as an office aide

Diploma Information
—Diplomas are legal documents and must contain the student’s full legal name as it appears on their birth certificate. Deviations from students’ legal names are not permitted.
—Each graduate is able to select a staff member to hand out their diploma at graduation. Graduates may select a certified employee, classified employee, supplemental employee, district administrator, or school board member as their presenter. The employee must be currently employed by the district or have served as a board member during the student’s graduation year. All diploma presenter selections are final!
