Dear Middle School Families,One device and charger are being loaned to the student and are in good working order. It is the student’sresponsibility to care for the equipment and ensure that it is retained in a safe environment.The equipment is, and at all times remains, the property of Licking Heights Local School District and is herewithlent to the student for educational purposes. There are two options to consider.1. A NEW Chromebook that requires a $40 Insurance Protection Plan. •The plan covers repairs•To pay with credit/ debit card, log into https://www.spsezpay.com/Licking/ezpay/Login.aspx. Cash/check payments will be accepted at the Middle School office.•Once confirmation is received, your child will be called down to the library to pick up the Chromebook.2. An older Chromebook that does not have an Insurance Plan. •If the Chromebook is broken, the family will need to pay $50 to replace it.•The attached contract will need to be signed prior to picking up the Chromebook.Please decide which option is best for your family no later than Monday, August 30, 2021 so that all Chromebooks can be distributed the following week.Thank you.
