Board Member Nicole Roth was elected to the Licking Heights Board of Education in Nov., 2011 and officially began her first four-year term in Jan., 2012. She was re-elected to the Board in Nov., 2015. Nicole served as Board President in 2016.
Nicole graduated cum laude in 1994 from Muskingum University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major. She majored in both history and accounting. Originally from North Olmsted, Ohio, a suburb on the west side of Cleveland, Mrs. Roth moved to Columbus in 1994 to pursue a career in accounting. Previously she has held positions as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Supervisor for Exel Logistics, and a Real Estate Accountant and Tax Accountant for Structure, Inc. Mrs. Roth has also worked as a bank teller for Third Federal Savings & Loan.
Nicole has been a member of the Licking Heights community since 2001. She and her husband, Don, have two children in Licking Heights Local Schools. Her children are currently in 12th grade and 10th grade. Mrs. Roth has been a volunteer in the district since her oldest started kindergarten in 2006. She has been a member of the PTO and has worked on several yearbook committees.
