I am contacting you in regards to an important matter involving Medicaid benefits for you and your student. If you currently have Medicaid benefits through Buckeye Health Plan, CareSource, Molina Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Humana Health Horizons and AmeriHealth Caritas or United Healthcare Community Insurance, your benefits will end as of March 31, 2023. Federally mandated changes in eligibility will begin and families will have to resubmit information for eligibility by this date. Healthcare is very important for both your child and family as a whole.
In order to renew your Medicaid benefits, you have three different options available (please have your case number or Social Security card readily available for all options):
