I graduated in 1998 with a petroleum engineering degree from Marietta College and worked in the engineering field for several years before going back to school for my Master of Education degree. I received my education degree from OSU in 2005 and am certified to teach math, science, and reading/language arts for grades 4-9. My wife is also a teacher. She teaches fourth grade at Licking Heights South, and together we have a son,Mason, and three daughters, Delaney, Caroline, and Scarlet.
This is our fifteenth year teaching at Licking Heights. I love working with our students and teaching them about science in the world around them. I try to use hands-on activities and labs as much as possible and enjoy seeing the connections that students make. I am excited about this year and look forward to the results that we will achieve together.
