Transition Resources

Parents, you are encouraged to get involved with your child's transition plan. As part of the IEP each year, we do some assessments at school and perhaps you have completed a transition survey. This information helps us to identify and work on deficit skills to help your child be employable and/or to begin thinking about living situations after high school.

Here are two opportunities that are designed FOR YOU!

In Licking County, there will be a Transition Resource Fair on October 1 from 5:30 - 7:30 at Lakewood High School in Hebron. See more information on the flyer.

In Franklin County, there will be a Transition Resource Fair on October 8 in Gahanna. Please check back for additional information. A flyer will be posted when it is available.

Free Workshops for Parents

State Support Team 11 is a project of the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio. SST 11 works closely with the Ohio Department of Education's Center for School Improvement and the Office for Exceptional Children. A goal of SST 11 is to provide services and assistance to families in Central Ohio.
