In this course we read, write, discuss, and perform. We study many different works of Shakespeare, focusing on his famous scenes, sonnets, monologues, and soliloquies. Students will gain a deep understanding and hopefully, a new appreciation for The Bard while they learn a little about theater. Highlights of this course include: The Tempest, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Macbeth, Hamlet, As You Like It, and others .
