Started in 2006 in Ohio, Volley for the Cure is an initiative of Susan G. Komen for the Cure to promote positive awareness and early detection of breast cancer among high school girls. Each year, school volleyball teams across the state participate to meet a fundraising goal. This year’s goal is $100,000 raised for breast cancer research and advocacy.
Licking Heights volleyball is proud to participate and support Komen’s mission of ending breast cancer forever.
