Lima Ridge Elementary (K-4)

Welcome to Lima Ridge Elementary!

Our newest elementary school, Lima Ridge Elementary, is a $41 million investment from our surrounding community to educate the next generation of Licking Heights students. Thanks to a bond issue passed by district residents in 2022, Lima Ridge opened at its official location at 3693 Summit Rd SW on November 19, 2024.

The name is a reference to Lima Township, the historic township in which the school is built. Lima Township was one of the original townships, along with Jersey Township and Summit Station, to form the Licking Heights school district during the late 1950s. Ridge was selected as a reference to our mountain motif and commitment to going higher and elevating every learner to new heights.

All students moved together to the new building on November 19. We are thrilled to be on this adventure with them!
