Welcome to Algebra III
Algebra III (1.00 credit) - The third course in Algebra penetrates more deeply into set theory and number properties as described in Algebra II, and also attempts to develop strength in problem solution. Emphasis is placed on Quadratic Relations, Counting Methods and Probability, Data Analysis and Statistics, Sequences and Series, and Trigonometric Ratios and Functions. This course also introduces the concept of linear and quadratic functions thus laying the groundwork for Trigonometry and Calculus. Scientific calculator required.
