School Counselor

Welcome!

Our goal is to provide access to relevant resources and information regarding the elementary school counseling program. Counselors are available to all students through a variety of means. All students have access to classroom lessons, whereas small groups and individual counseling will be available upon request.

Here is a list of the district counseling department's outside counseling agencies, community mental health and social services resources.

PBIS Information

School counselors are an integral part of the building's Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) team.

PBIS is an evidence-based three-tiered framework for improving and integrating all of the data, systems, and practices affecting student outcomes every day. It is a way to support everyone to create the kinds of schools where all students are successful. We have been running the program in our building for several years now and have seen wonderful results.
