Report an Absence

Absences

Regular attendance is very important at Licking Heights High School. When your child is unable to attend school, please send an email to [email protected] (you may need to copy/paste this address into a new e-mail message) or bring in a written note to report your child's absence within 3 days of the absence.

Please include the absent child's name, reason for absence, date of absence, parent(s)' name(s) and email address. As we need written documentation for attendance records, a phone call is not sufficient for an excused absence.

Planning a vacation? Please complete a district vacation authorization form and submit it to the building's office at least 5 days prior to the vacation.
