We are officially opening our preschool pre-registration up on May 2, 2025 for any student ages 3-5 years of age. You must live within the Licking Heights Local School District to attend our preschool. We will be taking appointments for enrollment help. If you need help filling out the PowerSchool registration forms, you can make an appointment and we will be happy to help you. If you need to drop off any documents that you cannot upload, you may also make an appointment so we can collect them from you. The YMCA will be available at the Pathfinders Preschool building on May 9, 2025 if you need to enroll with them for wraparound care. 

Step 1: Pre-register online by CLICKING HERE.

Step 2: Email all required documents if you cannot upload them (birth certificate, immunization records, parent’s ID, mortgage/lease/notarized Residency Agreement, utility bills and custody documents, if applicable) to [email protected]. If you need a Residency Affidavit, it will need to be notarized after June 1, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year.

Step 3: Sign up for an appointment if you need help with PowerSchool forms or documents. Click HERE to sign up for an appointment.

Step 4: After July 1, 2025, parents/guardians will need to log into PowerSchool and complete the Emergency Medical Authorization (EMA) forms which are located under “Forms” on the left hand side. Click on “Enrollment.” The EMA tabs will then be visible. These tabs/forms MUST be completed before the first day of school or the student will not be permitted to attend school until all forms are completed.
