Tracy Russ
Tracy Russ, President, was elected to the Licking Heights Board of Education in November 2013 and began her first four-year term in January 2014. She was re-elected in 2021 for her third term. Tracy previously served as President of the Board of Education in 2018 and 2020 and Vice President in 2024.
She graduated from the University of Toledo in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Accounting. She moved to the Columbus area in 1998 when she married her husband David. She has owned and operated her own business, Russ and Associates Accounting and Tax Specialists, since 2013.
In 2002, her family moved into the Licking Heights district. Her sons are proud graduates of Licking Heights High School. Mrs. Russ became actively involved in the school district by volunteering in the classrooms, becoming the Licking Heights Levy Treasurer in July of 2012 and co-chairing both levy campaigns in November of 2012 and May of 2013.
In her spare time, Mrs. Russ enjoys camping with her family, being involved with her church, and spending time with her friends.
