  1. Create K-12 literacy frameworks in alignment with the Science of Reading
  2. Audit standards and assessment alignment K-12
  3. Implement and utilize Unified Insights to assist in data-based decision making
  4. Refine K-4 literacy MTSS processes and procedures
  5. Implement 5-12 literacy MTSS processes and procedures
  6. Refine Pathway offerings and pathways selection process 9-12
  7. Build programming for all stakeholders to prepare children for kindergarten
  8. Launch The Academy at Licking Heights High School
  9. Operationalize the New Heights Program

  1. Implement Second Step curriculum
  2. Improve consistency of Tier 2 and 3 PBIS practices 
  3. Audit current clubs and activities K-12 
  4. Create a hub for all stakeholders to view student engagement opportunities K-12 
  5. Create and pilot student engagement and experience surveys
  6. Partner with ESC to audit career pathways and create career exploration professional development 5-12
  7. Develop a long-term plan focused on building athletic programs
