Implement year one of our Local Literacy Plan PK-12
Develop Portrait of a Graduate
Define and build capacity around student engagement and personalized learning
Establish a committee to create district policies and procedures for use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Experiences that create a passion for learning and address students’ personal needs as well as their unique goals, hopes, and dreams

Action Items for 2025-2026:

Implement year one goals of the Athletic Program Strategic Plan
Continue to implement Second Step Curriculum and improve consistency of Tier 2 and 3 PBIS practices
Publish a hub for all stakeholders to easily access community engagement opportunities
Utilize Student Experience Survey Data to improve the student experience
Increase safety measures and complete safety inspections using research-based training and practices that will address emotional and physical safety across the district
