ALLERGIES
Students with life-threatening allergies should be known to appropriate school staff. An emergency care plan should be developed for emergent situations. Children may experience a delayed allergic reaction up to 2 hours following food ingestion, bee stings, or other allergens. Please fill out the below forms if your child has allergies, food allergies, or has an EpiPen.
*If your child suffers from a life-threatening allergy, please note that on the Emergency Medical Forms and Action Plan for school staff.
Reminders:
For classroom treats, always double-check with the teacher to see if there are food allergies prior to bringing treats. We ask that you please do not bring the following as they are the most common food allergies among children: Anything made or mixed with nuts, bananas, dairy products, eggs, and/or shellfish.
