SEIZURES
When a child has an unusual event or episode, a seizure may be suspected. Seizures can present differently and with varying symptoms. Injury is the number one risk with seizures. This is why it is important to have a plan in place for the student while on school grounds.
The
Seizure Action Plan
must be filled out with each seizure diagnosis.
If your child takes medication for their condition, please also fill out the
Licking Heights Medical Authorization Form
and supply the clinic with their needed medications and physician orders.
